Meet the Team
At The Roost Counseling, our purpose is to provide personalized mental health services. We partner closely with clients and their social resources to craft individualized paths toward chosen goals, empowering individuals to establish new relationships with their bodies, emotions, and thoughts.
I am a student of your story and will approach our work together with curiosity, reflection, and calmness. Through a collaborative process, built on trust and mutual respect, we will identify skills and strategies to help regulate your nervous system and assemble a unique-to-you-toolkit. With the result of you being able to walk your life’s path without me beside you.
My work is rooted in evidence-based theories and incorporates attachment theory in addition to IFS, DBT, mindfulness, and neuroscience-based practices into sessions with clients.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling and I’m registered through the Oregon board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists as an associate. I am currently supervised by Loryn Cummins.

I bring a calm, playful, and motivating presence to my sessions with clients. This means that as a counselor I will create a personable relationship that offers a sense of safety and a place for you to express your true concerns and emotions. I will help you move past what is keeping you stuck by offering creative techniques and a straight-forward approach.
I’m passionate about working with motivated clients who struggle with perfectionism, anxiety, and separating their own emotions and needs from those around them. All work with kids is paired with parent coaching. I incorporate EMDR, expressive arts, play therapy, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, CBT, DBT, and attachment and somatic-based practices into sessions with clients.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling and a license through the Oregon board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists.
