  • I work with clients experiencing anxiety, relationship challenges, ADHD-related difficulties, perfectionism, emotional avoidance, and major life transitions. I also provide affirming support for members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community.

  • Clients often describe my approach as warm, grounded, collaborative, and thoughtfully direct. I believe the client is the expert on their own life, and therapy works best when we honor your values, goals, and direction for change. My role is to bring curiosity, compassion, humor, and clinical insight while remaining deeply committed to supporting the growth you want for yourself. I believe lightheartedness can be an important part of healing, helping create space for honesty, perspective, and self-compassion even in difficult conversations.

  • My work draws from Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), existential therapy, and solution-focused approaches. My training includes EMDR Level 1 certification and specialized coursework in ADHD. I enjoy helping clients identify the beliefs, patterns, and internal narratives that keep them stuck while also building on the strengths and wisdom they already possess. Before becoming a counselor, I spent 20 years in education as a teacher and K–12 science supervisor, experiences that continue to inform my understanding of development, relationships, and the impact environments have on mental health.

  • I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health from Oregon State University - Cascades and a Master’s Degree in Education Administration from The University of Massachusetts. I am a Registered Associate with the Oregon board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists and practice under the supervision of Loryn Cummins, LPC.

  • I work with adults and children 8+.

You may be navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, identity questions, relationship stress, family dynamics, or the weight of caregiving within complex systems. You may also be a parent, sibling, partner, or loved one supporting someone with significant mental health needs, disability, or substance use challenges, while also trying to make space for your own wellbeing.

Over time, you may notice patterns that once helped you cope, stay safe, or stay connected, but now feel exhausting or unsustainable.

  • I offer a collaborative, affirming, and grounded space where we can explore emotions, relationships, identity, body experiences, and patterns that may no longer be serving you. I work with clients who are navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, emotional overwhelm, family stress, relationship challenges, and caregiving roles.

  • Therapy can offer a place to slow down and make sense of these experiences with care. Together, we can explore emotions, relationships, and nervous system responses while building grounding, regulation, self-compassion, and connection. I draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems–informed and parts work, somatic approaches, CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and creative expression.

  • I hold a Master of Social Work degree and am registered with the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers as a Clinical Social Work Associate. I am currently supervised for clinical licensure by Taylor Henry, LCSW.

  • I work with adults and children 8+.

As a Student Intern I am able to offer affordable sessions; thirty dollars per hour or free for OHP clients.

  • I believe that healing occurs through authentic connection with others and with oneself. However, many of us experience relationships where we don’t feel valued, heard, seen, or loved for who we really are. These relationships, whether in our families of origin, our friendships, our intimate relationships, or within systemic oppression, lead us to believe that being our authentic self is not always acceptable, lovable, or even safe. I will provide an empathetic and grounding space from which you can express your authentic self at your own pace.

  • Together, we will create a collaborative therapeutic relationship that empowers greater curiosity, trust, and joy in your relationships with others and with yourself. I use an integrative approach that pulls from somatic work, relational cultural theory, person-centered theory, and accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy. My focus is on helping you process deep emotions in the here and now to support you with anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, disconnection, transitions, and relationship challenges.

  • I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Oregon State University – Cascades, with an anticipated graduation date of June 2027. I practice under the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists (OBLPCT) and receive ongoing clinical supervision from Loryn Cummins, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Supervisor.
