I bring curiosity, warmth, humor, and grounded honesty, creating a space where people can explore difficult emotions, long-standing beliefs, identities, and their desire for change. I am passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and move toward lives that feel more authentic, joyful, and fulfilling.

I enjoy supporting adults, children, families, and members of the queer community as they use their strengths and personal wisdom to live more fully.

Current availability for new clients.

I believe therapy can be a space to slow down, get curious, and gently begin to understand the ways you’ve learned to adapt, survive, and protect yourself. So much of what we carry makes sense when we understand what we’ve lived through, what we’ve had to endure, and the relationships and systems that have shaped us.

I work with adults and kids 8+.
